How many exercise points is this on Weight Watchers; Weight Watcher members?
I’m doing a much simpler version of Weight Watchers at home, without all of the books and whatnot. My mother and father were on it for about 3 years and both successfully lost weight. I’m 14, weigh 150 pounds, and 5′4. I just ran a mile around my neighborhood and my time was 11:44. I was wondering if anyone with a knowledge of calculating how many exercise points I get could please do so? Please&&Thankyouu! (:
