SA: What is your background, and how does it apply to the development of the Mass Suit?
JN: I was a collegiate football athlete out of Eastern Washington University. I still hold some of the Punting records their. After Eastern Washington I was picked up by the St. Louis Rams and was fortunate to play in 3 games with them. After the Rams I went to the Colts. During my time in the NFL I started created my first product called the EZ Kicker. It was designed for Punters and Kickers to practice their skills and technique in their own backyard. After Football I was a personal trainer. During that time I was working on a new product which you would know it as the Mass Suit. Also during that time I was the creator and publisher of a magazine which gave me a lot of good background to marketing. That was very helpful in the push of the Mass Suit. I currently train in MMA out of Bas Ruttens Gym. Now my whole life I has been around some of the worlds best trainers when it comes to conditioning, speed, strength and technique. With all my experiences of being a professional athlete, a trainer myself studying all the proper tools and being around some of the best trainers gave me the knowledge and expertise to create the Mass Suit. Knowing how the human body functions and the proper way to get the most out of human physical energy I had the tools to create this mobile resistance training suit with full range of motion that will push an athlete to their edge.
SA: How did you determine which major areas of the body to have the Mass Suit focus on?
JN: The way I picked the major areas of the human body was simply targeting the major and minor muscle groups that most athletes use. During all my training in Football and MMA, I realized that most of the body parts are the same body parts for every sport. The legs, core, arms and upper body strength is the main focus point. Then you throw in agility and that’s where the Mass Suit gets real fun because it throws it off and that’s where you really have to concentrate which will improve your everyday athletics.
SA: What types of technologies do you apply to the development and ongoing improvement of the Mass Suit?
